1. All fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a refund is specifically approved by the School Management in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
2. Admission, registration, annual, activity, transport, examination and other applicable charges may be non-refundable once the admission/process or related service has commenced.
3. In case of withdrawal of admission, the parent/guardian must submit a written withdrawal request to the school. Any eligible refund, if applicable, will be considered only as per the School’s prevailing rules and refund schedule.
4. The School reserves the right to deduct applicable dues, charges or expenses already incurred before processing any eligible refund. The decision of the School Management regarding the refund shall be final, subject to applicable law.
